Since our inception, we have been providing reliable high quality grounds maintenance services to businesses all over the UK and our quickly expanding network of gardening and landscaping professionals are available all year round.

Our Story
Today, Find A Local Gardener has a network of over 300 grounds maintenance staff working for us all over the country and each is fully equipped with their own high quality gardening equipment. This ranges from simple hand tools to large complex machinery that requires the user to be certified and fully trained for use, such as:
• Petrol engine powered hedge trimmers and strimmers
• Cherry pickers
• Ride-on lawn mowers
• Tractor unit equipment for mowing large lawns or trimming extensive hedgerows.
Our gardeners can work alone or as part of a team, where they may be required to maintain the grounds of a single or multiple properties in a particular region or nationwide. We are currently covering the UK throughout the seasons and our groundsmen and women are trained and experienced enough to rise to any commerical grounds maintenance challenge.

Our gardener vetting process is thorough and includes a DBS check, assessment of work standards and reputation check with previous clients.

Rates Of Pay
Our grounds maintenance team’s rates of pay will vary, reflecting the skill level and particular equipment required to perform the tasks at hand.
Grounds & Lawncare
Our multi-skilled groundsmen and women carry out lawn mowing, lawn care, weeding, planting, pruning, hedge trimming and site clearance services.
They are equipped with high quality petrol and manual tools and the experience and work ethic necessary to make your grounds beautiful.
Landscaping
Our grounds maintenance teams can lay fresh turf, artificial grass or patio stones, put up new fencing and replace/repair where necessary and even re-design your whole site.
We can design amazing green spaces and then manage them for you throughout the year, or come up with great looking, low maintenance designs depending upon your requirements.
Tree Surgery
Our skilled tree surgeons have many years experience of managing trees to keep them healthy and safe. They can top, prune or remove just about any species of tree, in any location, using specialist equipment.
